1. Scope of Transit Services
What exactly does "forwarding" entail under our banner? At BALTIC FORWARDING, INC., we act as both an architect and a guardian of your cargo. Our services include the arrangement of transportation, selection of vetted carriers, and the facilitation of multi-nodal transit paths.

2. Hauling Liability & Cargo Protection
We're serious about protection. Unless otherwise negotiated in a Master Services Agreement, our standard liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with the Carmack Amendment and standard bill of lading terms.
Does this mean you're unprotected? Absolutely not. We recommend supplemental cargo insurance for high-value shipments exceeding $100,000 to ensure total peace of mind. Our team is available 24/7 to discuss specialty riders for fragile or temperature-sensitive freight.
Rapid Dispatch Protocol
We believe time is the only currency that truly matters in logistics. If a delivery is delayed due to BALTIC FORWARDING, INC.'s operational error, we provide pro-rated credits toward your next haul. It's that simple.
3. Delivery Guarantees
How do we define a "Guarantee"? In the world of transit, variables like weather and port congestion are real. However, our "On-Time or On-Target" policy ensures that we communicate every milestone. If we miss a delivery window by more than 4 hours, our dispatch lead will personally oversee the final mile completion.

4. Warehouse Operations & Storage
Storing freight is a high-stakes endeavor. When utilizing our Oklahoma City facilities or secondary hubs, you're protected by state-of-the-art surveillance and rigorous inventory management protocols. Freight left beyond the agreed holding period may be subject to prevailing daily demurrage rates.
